This usually includes increasing individual sense of well-being and reducing subjective discomforting experience. Psychotherapists employ a range of techniques based on experiential relationship building, dialogue, communication and behavior change and that are designed to improve the mental health of a client or patient, or to improve group relationships (such as in a family).
Occupationl Therapy is the use of meaningful occupation to assist people who have difficulty in achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle and to enable an inclusive society so that all people can participate to their potential in daily occupations of life
Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) is yet another method of psychotherapy which has been developed by incorporating horses to facilitate and promote health, wellness and change in people who are not functioning effectively within their daily lives.
